Asimismo, la forma, los materiales y colores han de ser acordes a las caracter\u00edsticas constructivas del conjunto hist\u00f3rico, de forma que el impacto visual sobre el patrimonio local sea m\u00ednimo. Tambi\u00e9n es importante que su conservaci\u00f3n, limpieza y mantenimiento sean sencillos y no se requieran para su limpieza productos perjudiciales para el medio ambiente; que parte del material utilizado procede del reciclaje y, c\u00f3mo no, que sean seguros para el uso continuado de cientos de personas.<\/p>\n<p>Indicar que, en caso de ser necesario, tambi\u00e9n se actuar\u00e1 sobre las escaleras modificando espacios y pelda\u00f1os para su correcta utilizaci\u00f3n y seguridad. Siempre de forma puntual y sin afectar al conjunto hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n<p>Las escaleras sobre las que se trabajar\u00e1 son: la conexi\u00f3n de la plaza del Ayuntamiento y la calle Botera; la conexi\u00f3n de la calle Paseo y la Avenida Juan Barcel\u00f3; la conexi\u00f3n de la calle Botera y la calle Mes\u00f3n; calle Botera; la conexi\u00f3n de la Calle Mes\u00f3n y escalera de la Calle Pilar; calle Pilar; calle Descansador y San Ram\u00f3n; las conexiones entre las calles San Ram\u00f3n y Portalet; y la escalera de la calle San Ram\u00f3n.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ayuntamiento de Vilafam\u00e9s tiene prevista la colocaci\u00f3n de pasamanos y barandillas para mejorar la comodidad y accesibilidad a zonas concretas del n\u00facleo antiguo de la localidad.
