Ataviados con ropas y trajes de diferentes estilos, decenas de cocineros y cocineras, acompa\u00f1ados por pandillas de ayudantes singulares, compitieron para ver qui\u00e9n era lo mejor al elaborar esta receta de la gastronom\u00eda valenciana. La jornada no finaliz\u00f3 con los postres. M\u00e1s bien, se podr\u00eda decir que empez\u00f3, puesto que la m\u00fasica no par\u00f3 hasta que se hizo por la noche. Despu\u00e9s del tradicional bingo, sobre las cuatro, actu\u00f3 el grupo local Espardenyes, que tiene d\u00e9cenas de fieles entre sus seguidores.
