Vilafam\u00e9s \u00faltima los preparativos de las actividades que formaran parte de las XVI Jornadas Gastron\u00f3micas, un evento totalmente consolidado que pretende impulsar el turismo gastron\u00f3mico y poner en valor los productos locales y el territorio. El encuentro se celebrar\u00e1 los d\u00edas 6, 8 y 9 de diciembre y dedicar\u00e1 una buena parte de su programaci\u00f3n en ensalzar el producto de proximidad.<\/p>\n

El Ayuntamiento ha presentado esta ma\u00f1ana el cartel de esta cita que mantiene la filosof\u00eda y el formato iniciado la pasada edici\u00f3n en la que se incluy\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de alojamientos, como son los hoteles y casas rurales, junto a los restaurantes, con el objetivo de englobar a las diferentes ramas del sector tur\u00edstico, seg\u00fan ha se\u00f1alado el edil de Turismo, Llu\u00eds Torl\u00e1.<\/p>\n

El concejal ha explicado que en \u201cla programaci\u00f3n priman las demostraciones culinarias en directo, las catas y las degustaciones de productos t\u00edpicos, adem\u00e1s de contar con un espacio dedicado a que los productores puedan presentar y promover sus productos\u201d. En este sentido, hay que decir que diversos actos ya tradicionales, como la elaboraci\u00f3n de la t\u00edpica \u2018olleta\u2019 por parte de las Mestresses de Casa, la cata de vinos, a cargo de Gabriel Mayo, o la cata de pat\u00e9s y aceites, por parte de la Ole\u00edcola del Penyagolosa, tendr\u00e1n cabida en la agenda de las jornadas.<\/p>\n
