{"id":3692,"date":"2017-12-10T20:53:39","date_gmt":"2017-12-10T19:53:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vilafames.org\/?p=3692"},"modified":"2017-12-10T20:53:39","modified_gmt":"2017-12-10T19:53:39","slug":"les-jornades-gastronomiques-reforcen-el-potencial-turistic-de-vilafames","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vilafames.org\/es\/les-jornades-gastronomiques-reforcen-el-potencial-turistic-de-vilafames\/","title":{"rendered":"Las Jornadas Gastron\u00f3micas refuerzan el potencial tur\u00edstico de Vilafam\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El \u00faltimo d\u00eda de las Jornadas Gastron\u00f3micas ha reafirmado el potencial tur\u00edstico de la localidad de Vilafam\u00e9s, una poblaci\u00f3n que han visitado miles de personas durante los tres d\u00edas en los que se ha celebrado la cita gastron\u00f3mica y que concluye con \u00e9xito y satisfacci\u00f3n, tanto por parte de los responsables municipales como de los comercios participantes que han tenido sus establecimientos llenos desde viernes.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El alcalde de la localidad, Abel Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, se\u00f1ala que \u201cha sido la edici\u00f3n de m\u00e1s nivel y con m\u00e1s visitantes de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, y se puede calificar como un \u00e9xito de participaci\u00f3n y de organizaci\u00f3n\u201d. El primer edil ha explicado que \u201cadem\u00e1s de la promoci\u00f3n realizada en las \u00faltimas semanas, la campa\u00f1a del concurso \u2018Luce tu Pueblo\u2019 de Ferrero Rocher, tambi\u00e9n ha reforzado la llegada de visitantes y turistas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3695 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/vilafames.corvanit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3288-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/vilafames.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3288-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/vilafames.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3288-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/vilafames.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3288-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 600px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 600\/400;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el edil de Turismo, Llu\u00eds Torl\u00e1, se ha mostrado satisfecho del resultado de las Jornadas que \u201cque este a\u00f1o han integrado tambi\u00e9n a otros comercios del sector tur\u00edstico, como alojamientos y casas rurales, y que han puesto el cartel de completo durante todo el puente festivo\u201d. El concejal ha explicado que \u201clos comercios colaboradores no han parado de atender los visitantes y era casi imposible tambi\u00e9n encontrar lugar para poder comer en los restaurantes\u201d. Torl\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n ha puesto en valor la apuesta del Ayuntamiento para \u201cpotenciar las demostraciones culinarias en las Jornadas, entre las que ha destacado la del chef \u2018Estrella Michelin\u201d Ra\u00fal Resino, y que han aportado un alto nivel culinario a la cita\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3696 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/vilafames.corvanit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3301-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/vilafames.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3301-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/vilafames.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3301-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/vilafames.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3301-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 600px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 600\/400;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Unas Jornadas que han finalizado con la demostraci\u00f3n culinaria de Nicol\u00e1s Barrera, del restaurante Pou de Beca, que se ha centrado en la cocina de \u201cLas legumbres locales y platos de fiesta\u201d, y en la cual, ha elaborado recetas en el que ha utilizado ingredientes como alubias o sepia, entre otros. Antes, en la programaci\u00f3n matinal, la actividad principal ha sido la degustaci\u00f3n de postres t\u00edpicos de Vilafam\u00e9s, elaborados por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Amas de casa.
